For Rebecca, the defining moment in her career came when she saw the joy and newfound confidence in patients after seeing their transformed smiles. It was then that she knew she was in the right profession—not just improving teeth, but truly making a difference in people’s lives.

Outside of the dental office, Rebecca enjoys a quieter pace of life. She is a proud mom to an energetic 4-year-old son, and together they love spending time outdoors, visiting the park, or simply enjoying peaceful moments at home. Being a parent brings her balance and perspective, reminding her to cherish life’s simple joys.

In her dual role at the practice, Priscilla thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys educating patients about the importance of oral health. She takes pride in explaining treatments in a way that patients can easily understand, building trust and comfort along the way. Whether she’s assisting chairside or welcoming patients at the front desk, Priscilla finds meaning in every part of her work—especially seeing the joy and confidence patients feel after treatment.

What she loves most about her profession is the human connection. Over the years, she’s built strong relationships with patients, learning their stories and watching families grow. Those familiar faces and heartfelt conversations are some of the biggest rewards in her day-to-day work.

Outside of the office, Priscilla draws strength and inspiration from her family. Her parents, originally from Mexico, made countless sacrifices to provide a better life for her and her siblings—something she’s deeply grateful for. Now a proud mother of two, Priscilla is motivated by her 7-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son. She works hard to set an example of dedication and perseverance, while always making sure her children know how loved and important they are.

Sana’s journey in dentistry began as a practicing dentist in India, where she loved helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. After moving to the U.S., she discovered that her passion for patient care could extend beyond the treatment chair. In her role as Practice Manager, she enjoys creating a welcoming and organized environment where patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, while ensuring the dental team is supported in delivering exceptional care.

Outside of work, Sana enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines, an interest that fuels her passion for lifelong learning. She is an avid reader, especially of books on personal development and leadership, and she finds joy in cooking—often experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends. Her diverse interests inspire creativity, empathy, and a well-rounded perspective that she brings to her leadership at Desert Pearl Dentistry.
