Appointments and Rescheduling
At Desert Pearl Dentistry, we carefully schedule appointments to ensure we provide quality care for every patient. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours' advance notice. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another patient who may need urgent care. If you must change your appointment, please call us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Emergency Treatment
For our existing patients, we understand that emergencies can happen, and we’ll always try to accommodate urgent care the same or next day. While urgent appointments do not guarantee treatment on the spot, we will provide temporary relief through medications or other methods to ease infection or pain. Once the immediate situation is addressed, we’ll work with you to schedule follow-up care.
Please note that additional fees may apply for after-hours treatment. The decision to open outside of normal office hours is made at the discretion of Dr. Morales. We always recommend timely dental check-ups and treatments to avoid unexpected pain or infections.
